Direction For Use:

1. Attach the oxygen supply tubing to the gas source andset the oxygen to the prescribed flow.
2. Check for gas flow throughout the device.
3. Insert the nasal tips into the nostrils with the two plastictubes over the ears and under the chin.
4. Gently adjust the plastic slide until the cannula is secure.

NOTE: Nasal tips may be trimmed with scissors to fit smallerpatients.

Caution:
For single use.Discard after use.Do not useif package is open ordamaged.Do not store at extreme temperature and humidity,Store in cool and dry place.
Ensure that all connections are secure and aircirculates freely through the tubing.
