To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags and paperwork intact. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed by us.

– Defective or Wrong Item:Within 30 days of receipt (US + Canada) / within 7 days of receipt (other areas). The total device use time must not exceed 10 hours, and you must provide proof of defect via video/photo.
When returning items, remove all accessories like masks and tubing. Empty any water basins to prevent damage during shipping.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us if the item is damaged or incorrect so we can address it promptly.

Unopened nebulizers and regulators can be returned within 30 days for a refund after contacting customer service. The device will be tested before issuing the refund; it must be in original packaging with all paperwork intact to qualify.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed automatically on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We assist with warranty returns for repairs or replacements.
