Shipping Policy

Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order:

 

Processing Time:

 Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Delivery Time:

 After processing, delivery typically takes 25-30 business days.

Unforeseen circumstances like high order volume or shipping carrier delays might cause a slight extension. We strive to keep you updated on any such changes.

 If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us at support@homyoxyz.com and we’ll investigate immediately.

 

Shipping Costs:

  Free Shipping:Enjoy free shipping on all orders! We’ve included all duties and taxes in the final price so there are no surprises at checkout.

   In the very rare case that customs or the shipping carrier requests additional charges during import, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Delivery Location:

We currently ship to the United States and Canada (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). 

 Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

 If you need to change your delivery address due to special circumstances, please email support@homyoxyz.com within 48 hours of payment. Our customer service team will be happy to help.

 

Shipping Method:

 We utilize reliable carriers like UPS, USPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.

All purchases are insured until they reach your doorstep.

 

Tracking Your Order:

After shipping, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can use these details to monitor your package’s progress.

 It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please contact support@homyoxyz.com.

 

Delivery Issues:

Package Not Delivered: UPS will attempt delivery again the next business day if no one is home. You can also arrange for your package to be held at a local UPS Access Point. Please note that leaving your package unattended (e.g., at the front door) removes insurance coverage.

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unlikely event of loss or theft, please contact us immediately at support@homyoxyz.com.  

 

Reporting Shipping Errors:

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please report it to Homyoxyz within 2 days of delivery.  Send an email to support@homyoxyz.com with details about the issue. We are not responsible for shipping discrepancies reported after 2 days.

Please be aware that during major holidays, there may be temporary delays in shipping and delivery times.
